When property rental was $25 a month!

My 3 x Great Grandmother, Amanda Elizabeth Campbell, and her son, Milton W. Brannock owned multiple plots of land in Stoddard County, Missouri.

I recently discovered a lawsuit they brought upon a renter that did not pay.

The lawsuit was filed in 1914:
